If you break down Cory Villanueva's chemical make up, you'll get 25% cigarettes, 25% coffee, 49% photography and 1% jokes. Having just released his first solo book "Prepare to Stop", I can see why Bum Bag would highlight him as a photographer you should get to know. "Prepare to Stop" is a series of photographs capturing men at work or lack there of. He sheds some light on the laborers that build the infrastructure who's doors you and I walk through everyday. He's got a keen eye for photos that I feel goes hand in hand with the way he holds a conversation. To you it's pixels on a screen. To him it's a message to open your eyes.
